The Travis Scott Interview

Break The rules!
I've recently been thinking about all of the rules that come along with pole fitness moves. Each move has it's own set of rules - squeeze here, put this there, push that part… then there are the rules that come along with the sport itself - no lotions before we pole, warm up before, cool down after etc. etc.
The Sideways Superman
The Sideways Superman from the gorgeous Anna at Erial Pole, Iceland, is a great way to advance from the ‘normal’ Superman move into something a little trickier to wow yourself and your audience. This is an awesome move for your booty and looks fantastic in photo shoots as it looks so impressive on the pole. It can also be incorporated into combinations and routines really easily, so have a play around with it!
Behind The Lens
This image is special to me because it combines some of my favorite things: pole, painting and spontaneity! It was inspired by an Instagram challenge from PoleDanceNation to "do something" while on the pole. The idea came to me while I was riding my bike home from a pole class.
