Interviewing Jamilla Deville was a dream come true here at Pole Dance Fitness & Aerial Arts Magazine. Not only is she one of the most talented pole dancers in the industry, she’s also one of the most dedicated and influential, setting up the International Pole Sports Federation in 2006 and creating what the whole pole world knows as The Pole Dance Bible in the form of her DVD series, The Art of Pole.

A student of mine at the gym made me some AWESOME Date Walnut bars that made me melt. They were literally the best best best bars I had EVER had in my life. They had real butter and sugar in them (not gonna lie, loved it) but I wanted to try to make a healthy version.
Beginners Flow Routine
