JADE CHAMPION LESSON
"You will need to climb a little bit up the pole and then place yourself in the Jamila position to start this combo. To do this, hold on to the pole with your top hand, with your bottom hand in a Split Grip. Now curl your torso towards the pole. Straddle your legs, placing the top leg around the front of the pole and hooking onto it with your ankle."
HIP KEY
"The Hip Key is a beautiful move serving as the foundation for many drops and other choreography. It works your coordination, timing, core strength, allows you to fully release your arms and is a wonderful place to practice spinning. In the beginning you'll practice this move from the ground but once you become more confident you can begin working on turning it into a climb! This move can be done slowly or quickly - whichever helps develop your personal style."

That would definitely complete this picture."
