The story behind Farm Food Health began with a leap of faith, when in 2015 — a move from the city to an empty parcel of land with no infrastructure and a dream of building an organic farm. This experience sparked a realization: the general public often lacks insight into the challenges and triumphs of farming, as well as the profound connections between how food is grown and the health of those who consume it.
As an organic farmer with a background in technology, I saw an opportunity to bridge this gap. Combining a love for storytelling with the power of digital media, I wanted to create something that would empower readers to make better-informed decisions about their food, health, and well-being. Farm Food Health is the result of that vision—a magazine that’s as engaging as it is educational, weaving together actionable tips, expert advice, and inspiring stories from farmers and contributors around the globe.
Through this publication, my goal is to help readers connect the dots between farming practices, food quality, and their own health.
